How about some Blog Candy?

To enter my blog candy drawing for a Rubbernecker Gift Certicate, please leave a comment on this post telling me where your favorite place to visit would be .... being an Aussie and also a stampaholic ... I would love to get to the US one day, so I can visit your fantastic shops and a stamp convention ... one day maybe!

I will choose a random winner on Wednesday 27th February at 4:00 AM PST.

Good luck!!

Todays card is using one of Rubbernecker's stained glass stamps .... as I have a friend who likes hot air balloons I guess I have collected my share of them too in stamps anyway ... so I just had to have this one too!

The hot air balloon is stamped in black on white card and colored. I used the travel background stamp on my background at the top part of my card ... this was also stamped in black. I inked jut the "happy birthday" portion of my sentiment and stamped that in the lower corner.

Recipe:
Stamps: Hot Air Balloon Stained Glass; Travel Background; You Party Animal Text - Rubbernecker Stamps
Paper:
White; Black; Not Quite Navy & Cranberry Crisp - SU; DP - Basic Grey
Other:
Black Ink; Black Brads; Foam Tape

I would say that you really need to visit Atlanta. We have so much here that is great to see. The CNN studio offers tours and then there is the World of Coca Cola and the GA aquarium which are all must sees.

Great card today! Your coloring is awesome!

Thanks for the chance to win blog candy! My dream place to visit is Ireland. My grandparents came from there and my family is very proud of our heritage. I was married on St. Patrick's Day, so maybe one year for an anniversary present, I will make it there!

My favorite place in the U.S. is Utah - lots of Nat'l Parks and beautiful scenery. For cities -- New York and Chicago, and for overseas, I would have to say Wales. I would move there if I could! Thanks for the opportunity!

I would LOVE to visit Hawaii. The only problem is that I wouldn't want to go to such an "exotic", romantic place without my husband and he's afraid of flying!

My favorite place to go is Ashland, OR where they have a fantastic Shakespeare Festival.

What a fantastic hot air balloon card! I LOVE hot air balloons! Love the coloring you did... beautiful! As for where to go, I would first send you off to DisneyWorld for the land and cruise (my honeymoon), then to Hawaii, and finally to Ashland, OR like Stephanie said for the Shakespeare festival. We go there every year in August... my husband and his family have been going since he was a young. The town itself is just a great place to visit too.

My favorite place to visit is Florida. Anywhere is okay for me because I have family all over the place and then there are all the fun things like Disney, the keys, St. Augustine, and, of course, the beaches. Thanks so much for the chance at the cert.

Okay, now here's a coincidence: you want to come to the U.S. and I want to go to Australia!!

Hey, wanna house-swap ... I'm in beautiful, tropical, West Palm Beach, Florida. Now wouldn't that be fun!?!

Thanks for the chance to win the cert!
